Irin Rubin was literally googling "WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!"
She was drowning in impatience and anger before she begged her husband, a hypnotherapist, to record something she could listen to from home to start to address it all.
Her kids have a much more patient mom now thanks to those recordings, and ever since she's been on a mission to share them with moms everywhere - now accessible on an app called MamaZen.
In this episode, she shares her journey of trying nearly everything else, the thoughtful design behind the app, and why it might be just what you've been looking for.
